Payments are to be made in full except for weekly rentals
booked over 2 months from your arrival date. For these
weekly rentals you may book with a 50% deposit.
The balance will be due within 6 weeks of your arrival date.

When rentals are paid in full, this will include the
$200 security deposit refundable after your stay.
